I have been training for almost 3 years now, and Fitness is a real passion to me. When I am training my clients I look to asses movement patterns to decipher pain and dysfunction, and put you on the best path to success.
The great Grey Cook coined the phrase “First move well, then move often”, and that is a quote I try to live by.
My job as a Strength Coach/Personal trainer is to not only motivate my clients to achieve their goals, but to make them move better, feel better, look better, and occasionally laugh at my jokes.
