Fitness Stuff You Should Be Reading!

From yesterday Brad Schoenfeld posted an amazingly well researched article about Pain Pills and their effect on muscle growth.  More specifically Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID’s), which basically means any over the counter pain killer (advil, motrin, tylenol etc.)


Another great article from Mike Robertson entitled “Training the Unstable Client”.  These types of people are usually prone to injury, usually non-athletic (or at least not very athletic), and usually have terrible motor control.


Another Great Article from Mike Robertson on the Floor Press.  A great variation to the Bench Press that can help to add pounds to your bench, as well as give you diesel pecks.
